Very interesting. A phone number which can not be reached. So their goal is that the customers that need help, can not reach them… very disappointed about their professionalism…. I will think 3 times before I will book this airline…
I am trying to make a flight reservation with SWISS and am unable to do so. I would like to make a reservation for 2 adults to travel business class, using our Miles and More award miles, from Rome FCO to Zurich on July 20th at 3pm, continuing from Zurich to Boston on July 21st on the 5:30pm flight. This was indicated to me by SWISs staff on a reservations line before the connection failed. I have not been able to reconnect and would like to complete the reservation to Boston and the return on SWISS for two passengers on August 12th.
