Arrival restrictions for travellers
- From March 2, 2020, all flights into the U.S. arrival restrictions for travellers who have recently travelled in the Peopleās Republic of China (excluding Hong Kong and Macau), Europe, and Iran within the last 14 days. This applies to all last points of departure to the U.S. (including Puerto Rico).
- All travellers on Swoop flights departing to the U.S. will be asked if they have travelled to China, Europe, or Iran in the last 14 days, relative to their date of departure for the U.S. Swoop representatives will be on hand with further details and to assist travellers with any questions or concerns.
ModiFly
- Travellers can change the travel dates and/or times through Manage My Booking using your reservation code and last name up to 24 hours prior to departure.
- It is an extra that can be added only at the time of purchase, after seat selection, and can only be added to bookings made directly through FlySwoop.com. ModiFly can only be purchased 14 days prior to the date of your flight

Our connection arrived in Paris on 15 April 2020 NĀ° CODE: JSFOBV by THE RAM ROYAL AIR MOROCCO is cancelled + CARIBBEAN AIR destination GUADELOUPE POINTE A PITE which causes us huge problems.
I donāt know what to do to call the right department to reschedule these new schedules. We live in Thailand but 200 km from Bangkok and I call your office, no one answers.
Weāre over 60 years old and vulnerable to the virus and I wouldnāt want to be positive with my wife and the aftermath of that.

i am trying to contact Swoop because I have one way tickets to Edmonton from Abbotsford for Robert Ford and lillian Ford .Because covid 19 came we did not fly to Edmonton as planned……My daughter in Edmonton put this flight package into a credit 171.63 under the name of lillian Marie Ford. I would like to know if I can utilize this ticket now.december 22/2021.
The flight number is Wo2o4……it was booked May 14/2020.
I have tried to contact you many times to resolve this issue.I sent you a regisistered letter.I am on the phone for hours at a time……..you do not make this easy.
