Hi, I need an email address to make an inquiry to lost and found please. Thank you!
I am really shocked that such a large company would not be able to process a payment over the telephone to pay for excess baggage. How many times do we make a call to order something and make a payment over the phone. You need to get your services into the 21st century.
Also, the flight from Chiang Mai to Bangkok was delayed – again – for half an hour. This happened last summer as well only it was an hour and I was close to missing my connection to Europe, arriving only 25 minutes beforehand. Although on the plane Thai Airways staff were quite helpful, they did not tell me we were being dropped on the tarmac and had to be bussed to the terminal. Upon getting to the terminal NO ONE helped me or directed me to the correct gate and it was somewhat confusing to figure out how to get there. I had to run all the way to the next gate and fortunately made it with less than 15 minutes until the flight. The last call for boarding had already been made and they had apparently called my name.
Poor service all around Thai Airways. You need to work on this.
