    Hi,
My journey for on 18Jan’17, from manila to Chennai via Bangkok.
I would like to have this moment to thank the people at thai airways Manila. especially Jae Marie Fitero, Jennica comendador and Robert(not sure with the ful name)
You may wonder why I am specifying the their names, its because of my wish whom I need to thank from my bottom of heart.
I had a problem in my ticket with invalid validity date, in which those thai agents at manila helped me in all the ways they can.
This is the first time I had this type of incident, and I am thankful to them.
bad Incident changed it to good journey.
    Thanks guys.

Hi, good day! I’ve been trying to call your Manila Office Landline at 5808424 for almost 2 days, but the phone keeps on ringing and nobody is answering the calls. Is there any other numbers that I can reach Thai Airways? I have some inquiries regarding our incoming flight this October 2, 2018. Hope my concern will be anticipated a soon as possible. Thank you.

    Hello and good day,

This is to ask your assistance regarding my flight was cancelled due to Lightning alert at NAIA Terminal 1 last June 9, 2019 via TG-825 for Bangkok.

It was cancelled due to lightning alert because all flights was diverted to Clark. You can review your records please.

What i need is a Certification from your office for that said cancellation because my office needs it to justify my leave application.

Thank you very much and more power to Thai airways.
