Having been a gold card holder off and on for 22yrs, are you aware when I book? Can you block seats b c until they are needed? I e the flights full. Many times someone is seated in c and I’ve walked around and found non members with three seats!! Could you offer gold cards reduced price for business class if seats available? I donāt know if you can help, but I was promised a refund from Thai Airways 2 March and over 6 months later still no refund. Their London offices are closed, the phone lines are dead, and not getting replies to my emails. Would you happen to know what the situation is with Thai Airways?
