The statement on the site:
Working hours

is untrue. I called at 8.35 on a Friday and got a message that hours started 9.00.
I AM ON HOLD TO CHANGE MY FLIGHT. I TRIED YESTERDAY AND WAS ON HOLD 4 TIMES FOR 30 MINUTES EACH TIME.
I TRIED EMAIL BUT GOT AN AUTOMATED RESPONSE SAYING THAT IT COULD BE Days before it got answered.
MY BOOKING IS FOR 12TH OCTOBER. R9R226. I AM WANTING TO CHANGE TO DEPART BRISB 15/02/2019 AND RETURN 04/03/2019.ALTERNATIVELY DO YOU HAVE A TRAVEL BANK TO STORE MY CREDITS?
We were scheduled to fly out to Colombo via Bangkok on 18th March by TG 474 from Brisbane to Bangkok and by UL 403 from Bangkok to Colombo on 19th March. But due to the fact that the Airport in colombo would be closed for all inbound flights at the scheduled arrival time of UL 403, we were not being checked in by Thai Air desk at Brisbane International on 18th March.
The Official there advised us to contact 1300 651 960 and ask for a rescheduling, but all our attempts to contact the above number did not succeed, to date.
Furthermore, we sent an e-mail to Thai Airways Brisbane stating the same and asking for necessary instructions which was being responded with an acknowledgement, but no further details.
Request make arrangements to contact us if possible, so that we could be instructed of what action be taken once the restrictions are lifted.
Our booking reference is R6TIGF and contact numbers are 0415461613 and 0468429705.
