    Dear Thai Airways

My Name is Christopher John Kohter
Please refer to the email below I sent to you on the 17th October 2020 regarding a full refund for my cancelled flights to Bangkok and London.
I am very concerned that I cannot get to talk to anyone via phone. This is very frustrating how will I be able to sort my refund out?.
You have not responded to my previous email, I am requesting a full update with your plan to refund me.
    The booking details are below,

    Dear Sir/Madame

I wish to claim the refund of Ā£1265.46 for my flight to Bangkok that you cancelled.
My reservation number is VM23HS and E-Ticket Number 217-2333006463.
I assume the cancellation is due to the Covid-19 situation. As we do not know when restrictions will be eased I cannot plan for the future.
So with this in mind I wish to have a full refund credited back to the debit card that you charged.
Card details as follows, Christopher Kohter, sort code 20-67-40 Account Number 63922502.
My phone number is 07429350276 if you need to speak with me.
I trust this is in order.

    Kind Regards

    Chris Kohter

    1) Are you Thai Air?
    2) Please note my flight ticket ref 596GLP Ticket number 217 2334308753, My flight is on 13th October 2022
I have every intention of going. Heathrow to Phuket & return.
    3) I am just queriouce to know about your “Cancelation Policy” relative to my ticket? For instance;
What if an unforeseen event stopped me from travelling. Would your company, Thai Air, refund my money?
I am a frequent traveller to Thailand.
I would be grateful for your advice.
    Sincerely.
