Nobody at Thai airlines could tell us why we are unable to reach Tokyo reservations from the United States or transfer us so we could change our flight. We have called multiple offices and nobody could help.

    Inhuman treatment.

    Md.Motahar Hossain

    To whom it may concern.

My name is Md. Motahar Hossain. I am from Bangladeshi, but I live in Tokyo.
I have a permanent residence In Japan. It was Thai Air Lines, couple of decade ago
when I first came to Japan. After getting marriage, again with Thai Air, my wife came
to Japan. My daughters age is I years and 8 month. First time I wanted to take my
daughter to my country by Thai Air. Last January 16, me ,my wife and my daughter
take a flight from Haneda airport. It was TG 661 (0:20 am). We back in Japan on Feb’9.

Concerning her safety in Bangladesh, I take some baby food and drinks with us.
The travel agency also told me, if there is little bit over weight, you can talk with the
staff. They will consider you. Unfortunately. I was paid 44000 Yen. In counter, looked
an ill breed woman named Shene mizu came out and forced to pay me. Even she
don’t allowed baby food and drinks in hand luggage.

I always enjoy to fly with Thai Air. We do it in future. We want your justice. Thank you.

    With best regards.
    Md. Motahar Hossain.

I have tried for two months to your contact center. Nobody answer. I have sent several emails for two months . No answer. I have used all your available telephone numbers in bkk. I have waited for more than one hour for somebody to answer. I think nobody is working. Give phone number where is a person answering. Not a computer with messages which are more than one year old. Itā€™s same problem with your Tokyo office
