I wonder why no one in Yangon office answer my calls . It happens all the time. Fed up of calling. No use of providing telephone numbers for inquiry. Just waste of my time and energy.
It is always so disappointing calling your office because no one picks up the call.at least put an answering machine if you are too busy or are unable to answer our calls. Very unprofessional customer service!
Useless office, doesn’t seem to exist but the info is still there. Thai Smile (subsidiary) cancelled my ticket. I can’t rebook on their site because it is not working (regardless of browser or connection). Their numbers (thai offices) do not work. Thai Smile puts me to an automated call center which ate my phone balance (2hour+ wait) before I ever got an answer. Long story short, they don’t give a crap about their customers. Don’t make my mistake, use a different airline.
