TSA Pre✓™is an expedited screening program that allows travelers at security checkpoints where you can keep your wallet, shoes, belt, jacket, laptops and 3-1-1 compliant liquids / gels (in carry bag) at the TSA pre-check San Francisco International Airport.

TSA Pre✓™ at San Francisco International Airport (SFO) Location, Hours

TSA Pre✓™ at SFO located: International Terminal, pre-security, G-side, near the BART station.

Opening hours: Monday – Friday: 7:30 a.m. – 11:30 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m. and Saturday & Sunday – Closed.

How to enroll TSA at SFO?

1. Visit Pre-enroll online, for Enrolling in the Transportation Security Administration’s (TSA) Pre✓™ program.
2. Then ‘Book an appointment’ at TSA Pre✓™ enrollment office.
3. You have to provide biographic information (e.g. name, date of birth, address, etc.), fingerprints, valid required identity and citizenship/immigration documentation.
4. Application fee of $85 (5 years membership).
5. After approval, you’ll receive a ‘Known Traveler Number’ and proceed with TSA Pre✓™ lanes at all SFO security checkpoints (Also at participating airports and airlines).

Documents required for TSA Pre-Check at SFO

• State-issued driver’s licenses or identification cards if they are issued by a REAL ID compliant state or a non-compliant state with an extension.
• Travelers may use alternate forms of identification such as a passport, military ID, or permanent resident card.
