It is difficult to call you with a question re customer care, when you don’t publish your phone number….. I’ve tried your sales office numbers – all four of them – for the past 20 minutes, and no one bothers to answer any of them, even though that ffice is supposed to be open from 9AM…. After also being caught in the disorganisation that was the Istanbul snowstorm for three days in January, I am having a difficult time considering Turkish as a viable option in future. However, I will keep trying your sales numbers for a bit, maybe someone will appear in the office.
