Our customer OULD YESLEM/MAADELHA(CHD) has got her ticket 235-5399582480 refunded unduly without any request from the passenger or our agency. This led to the cancellation of the reservation of both her and her mother WALED/NEJAH/235-5399582481.
We came to your counters on June 29th,2018 and you provided a new reservation after two days.
Our two customers (and they are also yours) are requesting an official apology and a compensation for the delay and the harm caused by this incident.
