Virgin Australia Airlines Pty Ltd, formerly Virgin Blue Airlines, is Australia’s second-largest airline after Qantas and it is the largest airline by fleet size to use the ‘Virgin’ brand. Now based in Bowen Hills, Brisbane, the airline was co-founded by British businessman Richard Branson, the founder of parent Virgin Group and former Virgin Blue CEO Brett Godfrey. It was established in 1999 .

I have had 3 emails telling me my bag is being rushed to me. Still no delivered luggage and have today agreed to go and collect it myself. 8 days 3 countries after I boarded my flight. Baggage control in Fiji laughed and said “they are lying to you”. At LA X they said, “virgin Australia don’t have a desk here so we don’t know where it will go”. Completely unacceptable
