I was trying to reach the contact service regarding my lost luggage but without success. The airline doesn’t care about their customers.
They don’t provide a phone number on the site or if you find it then it doesn’t work. The site build that way that customers don’t reach the airline customer service. Its really a shame for such service!

Website makes it impossible to ask for a reimbursement after a change in flight hours which is most inconvenient.

I can confirm what Bruno says.
They added a connection in BCL for our flight ZRH-APG with an overnight at the way back.
On their email they state you can get a refund, but there is no way to ask for it, neither online, nor per e-mail, nor on the phone.
They lead you (automatically) through some menus on the phone, but whatever you select, the conversation ends before you can speak to anybody.
This is the last time I book with them.
I couldnāt fly with vueling to Geneva because I was ill. I had corona symptoms
I sent a medical certificate and one month after I am waiting for an answer.
They send the same mail always. I have received it three times asking for the certificate that I sent one month ago.
I am very dissapointed. I donāt know what to do!!

I have been charged incorrectly by Vueling Airlines and also by Edreams for one portion of my plane ticket. I AM TRYING BY EVERY MEANS TO SEND AN EMAIL ASKING FOR ASSISTANCE ON THIS MATTER AND IT SEEMS THAT WITHOUT A RESERVATION CODE FROM VUELING I AM UNABLE TO DO TAKE ANY STEPS !

Moreover, vueling takes money from credit cards with any consentments from the holders, this is my experience with Vueling .
I booked a flight for me and my wife for a 4 weeks vacation in Spain half a year ago with the flex option. 6 days before starting I checked in online and tried to cancel the outbound-flight of my wife, as she had to accompany a friend to Spain with a car. We both still wanted to use the return flight after the vacation. Unfortunately the booking program of Vueling cancelled the entire group as it didn’t allow to cancel for one passenger and 1 flight!
I tried for hous to get in touch with a customer service of Vueling, but all in vain! The Swiss phone numbers didn’t exist anymore and our relatives in Spain couldn’t get in touch with a customer service in Spain either! The customer service of Vueling doesn’t seem to exist!
This is very disappointing!
