How to change flight date / postpone / cancel the booked flight in Azerbaijan Airline?
Change / reschedule your travel date in Azerbaijan:
Here are the procedure to do online. You can also contact the travel agent to change your flight date
- Visit https://fly.azal.az/manage/#!/?lang=en
- Go to “Manage booking”
- Enter the your flight ticket number
- Then enter surname and 13-digits ticket number.
- Click “Add or Cancel”
- Select the date you want to reschedule
- Confirm the submission.
How to get refund from Azerbaijan airlines for unused / partially used flight tickets?
Refund and exchange in Azerbaijan Airlines depend on the fares on which the flight ticket you have purchased. “AZAL” and “Buta Airways”You can returned and exchanged your tickets where you have purchased it.

- Visit – https://help.azal.az/hc/en-us/requests/new
- Online check-in opens 24 hours before departure and closes 120 minutes on BUTA flights and 60 minutes on AZAL flights.
- Check-in and baggage handling at the airport closes 60 minutes before departure.
- Refunded will be applied within 30 working days when you pay by a credit or debit card.
Through Azerbaijan Call Centre
- You can contact customer support through Email: callcenter@azal.az or feedback form on Azerbaijan Airlines website.
- Your request will be processed manually by the Azerbaijan customer service person.
