How to change flight date / name / postpone / cancel the booked flight in Originair?

Change / reschedule your travel date in Originair:

Through Originair ‘Manage My Booking’ section, you can change of flight time and date / passenger name / cancel the flight.

Here are the procedure to do online. You can also contact the travel agent to change your flight date

1. Visit https://originair.co.nz/
2. Go to the “My Booking” section, select what you want to change.
3. Please enter your Booking Number and Last Name to view your booking.
4. Click ‘Search’.
5. Select the date you want to reschedule
6. Confirm the submission.
7. Pay the required fee if applicable.

How to get refund from Originair for unused / partially used flight tickets?

By online

1. Go to “INFORMATION” and Click ‘PASSENGER INFORMATION’
2. Enter the required details and make the payment if applicable.

Through Originair Service Centre / Call Centre

1. 1. Please contact our call centre during our business hours on 0800 380 380 and one of our staff members will be able to assist.
   2. Please note not all fare classes are transferable or refundable.
   3. If calling outside our business hours please leave a voice message or Email: bookings@originair.nz and our staff will reply as soon as possible.
   4. Enter the required details and make the payment if applicable.
