We two , retired Mr. Karl Misauer and retired Mr. Gunter Schmid were employed at Vienna Airport plc performing ground handling for Thai Airways at the time when Mrs. Khun Rhatchaya Pamunmontry was representing THAI Airways at Vienna Airport. The lady would for sure remember our names. We have met personally at Vienna and also at Bangkok.

We two would like to ask you for the following favour if possible :
As we have no contact address to Khun Ratchaya please be so kind and relay
to her our great joy and sympathy and congratulations to the cave-rescue of the group of boys and their young coach.
If possible we would like to get any reply from lady Khun Rhatchaya, of course according her .

Secondly Mr. Karl Misauer was representing AACI ( today ACI) at the ICAO ASIA/PACIFIC REGIONAL WORKSHOP ON AIRPORT AND ROUTE FACILITY MANAGEMENT held at Bangkok 18 – 22 March 1991.
Kindly – if possible – do relay the same expression of joy together with Karl Misauer’s greetings, to the Lady Director who represented Airport Bangkok on that workshop.
I think Ms Kesinee Kaevatana (who relayed once to me greetings) might remember the then Lady Airport Directors name.
Again, a email contact if possible would be great,

With many many thanks and best regards,
Karl Misauer and Gunter Schmid ( both being now 78 yrs old and retired since the year 2000).

    Dear Sir,
I took the flight TG403 on 25 Aug from BKK back SIN.
After landed, due to rush I did not check my luggage and left the Terminal 1 Changi Airport.
When unpacked, I realised my TSA locked on my Samsonite luggage is spoilt. The zip was not locked with the TSA lock.
As there was no missing item and only the lock. I did not return back to Airport immediately nor make a police report.
I called the SIN local office, and they ask me to call the local ground handler SATS. However, the phone keep not pick up by the agent.
I request the lock to be repair.

I have left behind my reading glasses in the Thai Airways flight (TG433) from Bangkok to Jakarta, which landed in Jakarta at 11.00 am tofay (24 August 2019). It was left behind in the seat pocket 9Seat no. 40D).

I have been trying to lodge a requet with the Thai Airways for the past hour. But there is no dedicated website for ‘LOST & FOUND’ in the Airline website.Hence this comment being left.I am hoping that my comment wil be noticed and there will be a response by email.
    Thanks in advance
