    Today dated 21/2/2023 i had booked a flight ticket for tomorrow dated 22/2/2023. Time -8.25 Flight No. SHA822 from my MoBank app. (Bank- NIC ASIA) Bhairahawa to Kathmandu in the Name of Mr.Bikash Rai. For the first time i am booking my ticket from this app. I later realised that ticket hasn’t delivered to the passenger number. So, i again booked the ticket of same person i.e. Mr. Bikash Rai from Esewa which i regularly used to book ticket. Having PNR no- 2KRW4G. Hoping for your co-operation to get back my transaction refund

    Dear Sir/Ma’am,
    On March 4 2023, I took a flight with my family from BIR to KTM. I had a 5mo infant with me but in flight I was denied an infant seat belt despite asking for one several times. I was told they didn’t have one.
    This was a total surprise to us, as it is one of the basic safety requirements in aviation. And being a major airline operator, safety of passengers were not taken into consideration.
    Could you please provide your response to this?
