I recently traveled on your flight from WAS/DEL/WAS. It was a wonderful flight and timings. Only little more attention to be given to the entertainment systems. On both my flights it was not working even with the help of crew members. It is not a big thing. Crew was very friendly , heads off to the pilots, it was such a smooth landing I have never experienced in my 100’s air trip on all the major airlines.
I am going to travel from Washington to Delhi by AI 104 with my wife and 6 months old grand daughter on 10th March. From Delhi we have to travel to Madurai by IX 012 at 18.55 on 11th March. Kindly update me about any delay in departure time on 10th March from Washington. Thanks and Regards.
None of these numbers listed work. And it is impossible to get ahold of anyone who capable of helping. I regret booking on this airlines.
We tried reaching out on the 1888-634-1407 number specified and all the time it says the number cannot be reachable .I have my parents tickets through Airindia on March 18th and with all the travel ban ,iam trying to reach out to a customer service number where i can reschedule their tickets .Can you please let us know which number can be reachable so we can talk about reschedule our tickets .
