Unser Reiseplan hat sich aber kurzfristig geändert. Wir möchten gern nicht bis Denpasar fliegen, sondern mit Gepäck in Melbourne aussteigen.
Wir haben in Christchurch eine Quantas-Mitarbeiterin gefragt, ob das möglich ist. Sie hat uns lediglich eine 0800-Nr. gegeben, die wir angerufen haben. Dort konnten wir aber wegen der langen Ansage des Anrufbeantworters und nicht ausreichender Englischkenntnisse zu keiner Auskunft kommen.
Reicht es auch aus, wenn wir am Abflugtag beim Einchecken mitteilen, dass wir in Melbourne aussteigen möchten?
Falls nicht, teilen Sie uns bitte mit, was wir unternehmen können. Können Sie die Änderung direkt vornehmen und welche Kosten würden uns entstehen? Wir würden Ihnen dann die Kreditkarten-Nr. mitteilen.

Finding or reaching Quantas for help regarding the code provide for covid testing totally useless and i sense this is because no one has the fear of being sacked their kjob is safe. you never will be able to complain to a proper authority and the staff know this
Ladies and Gentlemen,
as far as I know, Quantas will open flights from Sydney to Frankfurt on Dezember18th, 2021.
I understand , that on returning to Sydney, you have to be vaccinated 2 times and have a home quarantine of 10 days.
My question is : do you know or ask the Government of NSW, whether I can get a visitors visum, If I am vaccinated 2 times, will visit my family and, stay there for the quarantine,
