I need to know if you will be offering alternative routes to reach Prague from Podgorica on 22 July. My booking number is TLWWFT. Thanks for letting me know.
We arrived on Sunday at Podgorica airport with checked baggage from Vienna. The bags did not arrive. Your online service indicates that the bags have been located and are out for delivery. It is Tuesday and we have not received our bags. None of the many customer service numbers answer. We would lime to know when the bags will be delivered. Unfortunately one if the bags has vital medications in it. It has been 48 hours since I have last taken my medications. Please have someone contact me. Thank you
