My flight was cancelled here in riyadh today may 3 going there in laoag due to certain issue but my luggage was in the plane already and i didnt take it..i fear that it will be loss

I’ve been to the Laoag Airport more than a few times to resolve issues concerning my existing ticket and reservations. The security guard informed me that the office opens at 08:00am so need to get in line on the side of the road. A security guard came to every vehicle to ask what they’re there for. I told the security officer that I have an existing ticket and I need to go to PAL office to fix my ticket. He gave me a form to fill out and he told me that he will come back to take me to the office. I was in line for 2 and a half hours waiting. At around 09:00am the security officer informed me that the office is closed and they don’t know when the office will open. This visit to the Laoag Airport was on 07/27/2020. Can you please tell me if the PAL office in Laoag Airport will open and what are the hours of operation.
