Travel during pregnancy in Tap Air Portugal
Expectant mothers can travel in Tap Air Portugal up to
36 weeks or up to 4 weeks before expected delivery date for an uncomplicated pregnancy
32 weeks
Pregnant twins, triplets, etc. for an uncomplicated pregnancy
Medical certificate is required if the pregnancy condition is

- of twins, triplets older than 32 weeks;
- doubts about the time of pregnancy and the expected date of delivery;

The Medical Information for Fitness to Travel form (Download the form) must be completed by the passenger’s attending physician and sent to TAP.

I would like to inquire about a refund regarding our cancelled booking with your company. Our flight was to take place on May 14-28,2020, but was cancelled by TAP airlines on April 9, 2020. We understand that your company is offering a travel credit, which we respectfully decline. In these trying times, our best option would be to receive a refund instead of a credit. We are not sure that we will be able to travel in the next year or so. Not sure how long your travel credit was valid for, but I understand the options we not favorable. It would be greatly appreciated if you would please consider our request for refund. We were extremely disappointed that we could not visit Portugal, as it has been at the top of our bucket list for places to visit. We are hoping that when things turn around, we will be able to cross that off of our list, but in the meantime, the refund is something we really need. The details of our flight are as follows:

I Need help to buy extra baggage with Tap discount Ticket and your web site is very complicated to by before check-in.
The phone number 1-800 903-7914 in Montreal for contacting a person is out of order because after 60 minutes of waiting the connection of the line is cut.
I drove to airport in Montreal for assistance by agent in Tap counter and they told me there is no option than to wait for Check-in 36 hours before departure. It is unfair because the cost is increasing.
