Afer several calls for my return tickets that i bought from U.S. and also went 2 times to lufthansa office, and talked to Mr Nataj & supervisor “Mis Keshishian”. to whom may concern,
i had two way ticket by Lufthansa airline from Toronto (Canada) to Tehran. because of COVID -19 the flight changed. MY agent in Toronto
change the flight date to April 18th 2020, after negotiation by Lufthansa.
Unfortunately, my flight cancelled again for the same reason, and there is no one who can answer me what should i do?
Lufthansa or Turkish air line??? Iran or Canada????

They are a bunch of thieves who work at the Lufthansa office in Tehran, Iran! And Lufthansa deliberately forces customers to deal with these people while customers can simply buy their ticket online and pay by non-Iranian credit card! These people never respond to phone calls and are very slow in writing your email back and on top of that they hold your money for over 3 months for the refunding process which usually takes no longer than 3 weeks if you buy it from anywhere else on the planet other than Tehran, Iran. I have contacted Austrian Airlines to see whether they take responsibility or not for their stupid thieves in the Tehran office but unfortunately, they just simply refer you back to them for the refund requests! BUY YOURSELF A PEACE OF MIND AND DEAL WITH OTHER AIRLINES SUCH AS QATAR AIRWAYS OR TURKISH AIRLINES, THIS IS THE ONLY WAY YOU CAN USE YOUR CREDIT CARD AND GET YOUR TICKET SEND TO YOU VIA EMAIL AND YOU WOULD NOT HAVE TO DEAL WITH THESE ASSHOLE THIEVES IN THE LUFTHANSA TEHRAN OFFICE!
