Following the collapse of WOW airline some months ago,
tickets paid in full (Isracard) for an Iceland voyage became worthless,,,

We wondered whether IATA and/or EU have a relief procedure whereby
our lost moneys could be recovered.

    Thank you for your attention,

    Sincerely,

    M,Arieli, Adv.

    Dear Sir / Madam,

    TICKET: UA/ETKT 016 5523532121 FOR DEMBO/NOA MISS
    TICKET: UA/ETKT 016 5523532119 FOR DEMBO/URI MR

The purpose of this vacation was to spend family time before Jonathan (age 18) recruiting to the IDF (mandatory Israel army service for 24 moth) on 23 August 2020.
Timing of this trip was carefully selected in order to assure that Jonathan will be able to complete all high school exams during May and June -July.
Unfortunately, due to COVD-19 virus events, this flight was canceled by United, and any travel arrangements are impossible.
With a full understanding of the current situation of United due to significant changes in flights, I will appreciate an exceptional review of our case, as due to army restrictions, we do not have any (!) possibility to provide another date for flight or reschedule this trip for all of us.
Therefore, I will appreciate it if United will perform a full refund of tickets in light of this personal and critical circumstances.
Thank you in advance and very much looking forward for reply.

    With regards,
    Ilana Fishman Dembo

    To whom it may concern

    Dear Sir / Madam,
I bought in Cheap O’air 2 tickets to fly from Tel Aviv to Buenos Aires and back to Tel Aviv with Air Europa. The company cancelled the flight and we asked them to refund the money; and this is the first answer we got :
As per the notes, your booking #66429257 has already been cancelled. You will receive the refunds back to original form of payments with in 1-2 billing cycle.
Later we got another mail informing us that they are not going to refund our money because we cancelled the flyght “after flying day” but we didn’t cancelled the company cancelled; so now we have no flyght and no refunds. What must we do to get our money back??

    Hello
I would like to know who should I contact in your organization with a complaint about an airline that refuses to refund me for a double ticket in my name and for the same flight. The booking for the flight the second time was due to her booking with a return ticket and the first of course was by mistake. Immediately I wrote to the airline and asked for a refund.
    Looking forwards to your response
    Daniel Bartal
