    My wife went to The Jinnah Airport yesterday afternoon. She was booked. She was travelling to Malawi Via Dubai. She was refused to board a flight FlyDubai. The flight no FZO336. She was told the gates were closed. The FlyDubai officials at The Jinnah International Airport they broke my wife’s trolley bag. My wife is stranded in Pakistan.

      Good morning to you. Please me and my family bought a family ticket from 7 continents Travel in Tooting it was from Lufthansa we were suppose to use the ticket year 2020 but we were suppose to travel 3 days and the lock down happened . We then rescheduled it to Dec 2021 the ticket cost us Ā£4500 now to rebook to Dec they charged us another Ā£1500 making a total of Ā£6000 now in Dec 2021 another Omnicron variant was detected Nigeria added to the list and then taken off again we could not go because I had Medicals to attend to which I gave them evidence for now I asked them that due to the economical crisis pandemic etc they should reschedule the ticket for us for Aug 2022. They now said Lufthansa said they can only extend it till March 2022 and I said I cannot take the children out of school to travel. They now said Lufthsnsa said we should add another Ā£385 each to the ticket we are a family of 5.
      That’s my predicament with this airline pls help me . I regret it .

      URGENT!!!!
      I was supposed to fly to South Korea from Edinburgh on Monday and was denied boarding due to not having a VISA. According to your website, the uk government website, and the korean Embassy I DO NOT need a VISA to travel to South Korea. There seems to be an issue in the system for KLM that comes from yourselves that is stopping me getting on my flight!!!!! PLEASE FIX THIS IMMEDIATELY

    Please can you kindly help me as its regarding a flight and return i booked through BENZTRAVEL.CO.UK on the 17/02/19.I was told that my ticket what they called a flexi ticket.I didnt understand what they ment by this so i asked.I was told if at anytime before departure date if i want to change my flight to a later date this is what flexi ticket means and there will be no cost to me.So i went ahead and booked this return flight because i felt safe with them.Sadly on the 04/03/19 i was sent to hospital to have a biopsy on my forehead and lip.I then received a letter from the hospital for the 18/03/19 to go and see a specialist.On this day i was told that the biopsy shows signs of squamous cell carcinoma cancer to the skin and they would have to surgery have to remove them.I told the specialist then i go away on holiday from the 22/03/19 to 19/04/19.His reply was no we advice you not to go on holiday we need to surergy have to remove these cancer cells.Soon as i arrived home i tried phoning BENZTRAVEL but as i only arrived home from the hospital as my hospital appointment was at 5.30pm i then only arrived home after 8pm.Frist thing on the 19/04/19 i phoned BENZTRAVEL and i explained to them my reason i am un able to fly.All seemed to be ok as i was told not to worry that i am covered with them due to a hospital emergency medical issue not to worry you will receive a full flight refund and and taxes i have paid.I was then transferred to someone called Steve which he was the one who i originally booked the flight with.He also explained to me not to worry that i am covered with them.But we need a signed letter from the specialist explaining why i cannot fly by tonight.I told this is impossible for a plastic surgeon to write and fax this information by tonight.Even if i could get hold of his security no way she could get this sent to me this is impossible to do so.As he said he would need this letter before he could contact British Airways this who they booked my return flight with.Again time after time i told them that i have letters in front of me explaining what needs to be done is this not enough proof for you why i cannot fly.As i will fax you these letters now again no he said i need a signed letter from the surgeon by tonight.By this time i knew he was making a excuse after a excuse.So this is why i am contacting you asking you can you kindly help me to get back my full flight refund which i was promised that BENZTRAVEL originally sad they would give me back.I have contacted my credit card company in who i paid the flight with and i was told to contact you as BENZTRAVEL is covered by IATA insurance.I have tried phoning BENZTRAVEL but soon as i give them my flight confirmation number is PMUWR3 they put the telephone down me.All this as put alot of stress on me not only that having to suffer with all their lies telling me i had booked a flexi flight ticket and that i was covered due to a medical emergency.They didnt even offer with a later flight date so whay they have done to me is all wrong.BENZTRAVEL should be prosecuted for what they have done to me.So please can you kindly help me please.

    I think you should be aware, for major safety concerns – of the lack of any REAL security in North Cyprus, Ercan airport.
    Many English families visit the island each summer and others.
    Just a few days ago, and this is common believe me, my wife has lived on this island for 16 years!
    I entered the airport, walked through the scanner, red lights flashed, so I said to the security person, is it my belt, he astonishingly simply waved me through – I could have had a weapon!
    Upstairs, Xray machine scanning passengers luggage, 3 so called “security” staff all watching a video – on one of their mobile phones! not even watching the monitor screens! I very nearly took a photo. These people are being paid to do a very responsible job and are not doing it – they are incompetent to say the least. Last year, we watched in horror as 2 members of the Public entered the restricted area where passengers come through from the customs, immigration area out into the Public area. Once again the one so called “security person – was watching on Facebook on his mobile phone – we look over his shoulder.

    I will be most interested in your comments and more so in what EXACT ACTION YOU PLAN TO URGENTLY fix this major security concern. This is a very troubled part of the world and airport security should be, must be the very best available at all times.

    I want to report a travel agent name Home Travels. They have a office in ilford. Their address is Unit 4, 46 Ilford Ln, Ilford IG1 2JY. I bought air tickets and visa services for saudi arabia. we went to heathrow airport for our flight and the flight crew told us that there was a spelling error in my wife’s visa. they didn’t let us board on the flight. so i spoke to the travel agent and they said they will issue us new tickets and get the error fixed. they got that spelling mistake sorted the next day but said to me that i got to pay for the new tickets. i asked them it was your duty to ensure that everything was perfect regarding tickets and visa because i had given you the original passports and a picture of each person with their full name written at the backside of the pictures. but they didn’t agree about it and i had to pay Ā£2040 to get new tickets. so the reason i am contacting with you is that who is responsible for this issue, whether its me or them?

    We bought tickets for travel for 5th December 2019 and travel back on 10th January 2020. Flight details as per ticket were Leeds, to Amsterdam to Dubai to Nairobi and travel back was Nairobi, to France, to Amsterdam to Leeds.
    I have a few issues I encountered on our trip to Kenya.
    1. When we arrived in Kenya, one suitcase had been opened and there were a few things missing.
    a) A brand new Satin Night dress with shop tags on.
    b) A pair of Sandles with shop tags on.
    c) A pair of Plimsoles with shop tags on.
    d) 2 home made pure perfumes (30 ml). I make these myself.

    2. Our Trip coming back was a complete Disappointment.
    When me and my partner Gerald Subham went to check in at JKIA Airport in Nairobi on our return flight back to Leeds. Air France refused to let me on the flight. They said that because I have a Kenyan passport I needed a Visa as we were stopping in two Shengen Countries. Even though we were on Transit and not leaving the Airport. When we were booking the tickets, there was nowhere written that I needed a Visa. There was no pop up that came up asking me to put my Visa details and we are not frequent flyers, so we had no way of knowing that. I have family that work for airlines and we asked them all and they had never heard of that.
    I am my partnerā€™s carer as he has severe Arthritis and gets nervous flying alone. I help him read directions.
    I have anxiety issues and my doctor can provide a report if you need one. And me and my partner both suffered Separation Anxiety for the duration. The whole ordeal affected us emotionally.
    We were told that I will need to be re-routed, but they could not do it at the Airport, I had to call their office when it opened. My partner had to travel alone with all his problems as we could not afford to pay for 2 extra payments. I was stranded at the airport as I could not make any calls on my phone as it is a United Kingdom number. There are no call boxes at the airport for me to call my sister to come pick me up. My anxiety kicked in and I started to diarrhoea and vomit. The separation for both of us affected our health.
    When my partner got to Charles de Gaulle Airport, he was lost for 20 minutes and it is a good Samaritan who noticed he was lost and helped him find where he needed to Beige.
    A Good Samaritan at the airport offered their phone to me to call my sister to tell her to come pick me up.
    When we got to my sisters house, I first called Kenya airways as they were acting for Air France and they were so rude and would not help. I tried KLM and they were very helpful and accepted to re-route me for Kshs 17,000.
    By them my son who had a similar ticket for 12th realised that he would have the same problem and he had to get re-routed as well and in the usual Kenya Airways way, they were rude and refused to help. They kept telling us to go to lastminute.com and change the booking there and we kept telling them their system will not let us. After hours of trying to find someone who would help, they asked us for Kshs 92,000. We did not have that money and we called KLM who were happy to help and my son paid Kshs 32,000. We got re-routed for travel on the 11th January from Nairobi to Amsterdam to Leeds. I can produce External-Receipts as we paid through Mpesa.
    He is doing a separate letter to you about his experience as he had to leave his young wife and 18 month baby behind for them to travel alone.
    This type of behaviour is racial discrimination. When people from EU want to travel to Africa or any other part of the world they are not treated in this manner.
    I have enclosed our original tickets and my boarding passes.

    I travel from Melbourne to New Delhi on 14.01.2020 and my return flight was on 21.01.2020 at.13.20 which i miss due to medical reason and bought new ticket . I bought ticket from E-dreams( Cathy pacific). E-dreams booking reference.4922121004. Upon returning back to Melbourne i made contact with cathy pacific head office London and e-dreams and submitted my Medical certificate as well. Cathy pacific agreed to refund me and also directed E-dreams to refund the process about three weeks ago. Every time i called E-dreams they make new excuse . Every time their answer is that they are waiting response from cathy pacific while they( C.P) has made remaks on my booking for the refund amount. Both E-dreams and Cathy Pacific kicking me like a football don’t know what to do. i proof of all my booking and medical certificate can supply any time. I request you people please intervene in my case and try to solve asap. My new ticket from New delhi to Melbourne e booking was 1603757041326. I have numerous email from Cathy pacific and E-dreams where they are blaming each other and I ma suffering because of them.

    I would like to find out how I can make a complaint against a travel agent that is registered with IATA.

    I have been trying to find a customer service phone number for your company in the UK but with no luck.

    The company I would like to complain about is Travelup, and the appalling service, and low refund I have received for a canceled flight to New York which due to the Corona virus I was unable to take.

    Many people working in flights are being affected by Covid 19 infection.
    What I suggest protective gown..for ALL people working in flights.:
    A single piece coat of plastic material….
    A full long coat from head to feet.. with cover for head with transparent film for vision .Long sleeves with continuous extension covering hands and fingers.
    Extend upto lower legs.
    This can be disposed of after one use.
    This is the thing which will give full protection.
    Kindly pass the message to all concerned and take appropriate decision.

    I booked a return flight on 23.07.2020 to Islamabad through Netflights.Com but due to Covid19 restrictions I cancelled my booking on 4 August 2020. I had response by email that they have received my request and are dealing with it, today it is 4 October 2020 but, I have had no joy.     Regarding my round trip 5 airlines tickets booked to Tarom airline flight that was supposed to travel from / to : Cairo / Bucharest/Paris,on 24 June 2020, I am requesting a full refund for my tickets based on following details :

    – I have reserved these tickets in November 2019 , before Corona Virus Pandemic.
    – Since the flight date 24 June 2020 till now all European countries have implemented travel restrictions specially to people from outside European Union , and I was supposed to travel from Cairo, Egypt to spend a vacation in Paris.
    The result is that travel agency & airlines gave me a credit till end of November 2020 ( date of booking not date of trip !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!), and still I can not use my tickets even within this very short extension

    I was due to travel to Kirkwall, Orkney islands from Birmingham airport on Thursday
    28th May 2020. Obviously, due to COVID -19 my flight was cancelled.
    I booked through Budget air . I have emailed and tried telephoning them requesting a refund. Without response.

    On the 27 Dec I booked & paid for flight tickets from BudgetAir. They were rtn tickets going from LHR – NAN. Up until today I have yet to receive a booking confirmation & E-tickets. I have BudgetAir twice via email as they don’t supply any contact numbers. I received the same reply twice stating word for word that they can’t find any booking in my name. Due to the current climate & flights from the UK being banned by countries, around the world, I want to cancel this booking. I’ve informed them but yet again no joy. According to their website, BudgetAir are affliated to IATA.
    I would grately appreciate assistance from IATA in enabling me to obtain a refund from this company. Never again will I be using this company!!!!

    I was interested to hear the interview with Nick Careen, SVP, on the Today programme on BBC Radio 4 this morning concerning ‘health passports’ in particular relation to Covid vaccines. I understand early trials are to begin within a few weeks.

    My immediate thought was, what about people who do not have smartphones, or phones that do not connect to the internet? Contrary to popular belief, we do not all have a smartphone, and I wonder how I will prove I have had my Covid vaccines when I fly abroad in (hopefully) September this year.

    Hello, Iā€™m hoping that you can help me. On the 21 December 2020i booked a flight from Barbados to grenada as there was a problem with virgin Atlantic landing in Grenada whilst in the air we received the news that the jGrenadian government had decided to allow Virgin to land. I contacted Budgetair and cancelled the flight I had booked to grenada from Barbados. I instructed my bank that I had cancelled the flight and they proceeded to obtain a refund for me so a check back was issued. I was later contacted by my bank stating that budgetair had not answered their request for a refund. I again contacted budgetair whom informed by email that as there was a charge back they couldnā€™t issue the refund and to get my bank to cancel this and for me to send them information stating this to enable them to refund me. This I did and I received an email stating they had received documentation and a refund should be returned to me but they couldnā€™t give me a date when. To check this I went on budgetair to check this out on their chatbot which informed me that there was no refund issued for the ref number I submitted. I then contacted Resolve with all the emails that I had received from budgetair on the 17/05/21 to date all Iā€™ve received is that theyā€™re embarking on a new system and will take them a while to email me. I have since escalated this with Resolve and contacted budgetair through them again they issued the same email. Today I went onto budgetair web page which says there is no refund to me pending. I am at my whits end on what do next.

    We booked a ticket online just before Switzerland added Tanzania to its list and with all the quarantine etc.. we decided not to travel . Opodo , the travel agency agreed to cancelled that flight and gave us up to the 30th June 2021 to book another flight but it must be with KLM which we agreed. Meanwhile KLM stated we are allow to cancelled once with a fee. Today , the 28th Im called Opodo since 0900 AM in the morning and and noone could help me. They booked one ticket to BCN and one to Dublin as we can no longer travel together. We paid CHF EUR 1100.66 for our cancelled flight and now book a cheaper ticket within Europe, they said we must pay extra again even though the two flights are less than EUR 600 on their website and also on KLM website. When i asked how much is the ticket, they hanged uo on me and will call and wait almost one hour and have to recount my issue all over again. I spoke with 5 different agents with conflicting answers and they still could not resolve my issue . They were really unhelpful ,seem not to know what they are doing. It was frustrating .At 04.00 pm I was still trying to find help a tangible answers for my questions. Not to talk of my accumulated phone bills.I wFrustrated, accumulated phone bills and still ended up without Help. You don’t treat customers like that. I am going lodge a complaint with the AITA as well as Water Front Complaint Head office. You cannot reap people off. We are students and the treatment from all your agents is very bad.

    I wish to make a complaint and seek your assistance in obtaining my refund of Ā£954 from Gotogate.
    I made a booking using gotogate. Order number LB5GP8
    It had to be cancelled as it used terminal transfers in Japan which were impossible due to covid. It was cancelled within 24hrs of booking.
    Lufthansa paid the refund immediately, the next day in the 30th July. Ā£954

    $1676 Canadian dollars was refunded by Lufthansa on 30th July.
    I was promised my refund would reach me within 5 working days, 10 at the worst.
    I have since learnt that this seems to be all a big scam by Gotogate to withhold customers payments.
    Gotogate are refusing to make the refund of Ā£954 despite making a different excuse every single day I call for an update. The Indian call centre has no update, no information and do nothing but give empty excuses as to why it has not yet been refunded. I feel it is utterly fraudulent and a scanning technique to withhold funds.
    I was initially promised my refund would appear within 5 days, 10 at the outside. This has not happened, and their customer service is woeful at best. Theft and fraud at worst.
    We are 3 weeks and I am being scammed by these operatives using every tactic to withhold payment. I call every day, have wasted around 12 hours of their agentsā€™ time listening to their excuses in the phone.
    I am asking for your help to arrange payment of my refund immediately back to bank debit card and without further delay.

    Hello please help BA are never available to help me. I have tried every possible way to contact including calling UK/USA/Oman(currently I am in Oman) live g by hat but no one is ever available to actually speak. I have tried Manage my Booking but it always concludes by saying ā€˜clerical error try again OR it instructs me to contact them and they never answer!! I have also sent in my dilemma via their complaints channel. I booked online on BA.com. I want to change both my dates. Such a simple request if only someone would answer my calls. Can you help ? I need BA to contact me I have exhaustive all avenues. This canā€™t possibly fair on us customers where there is absolutely no customer service after we have booked. What am I supposed to do? I cannot fly out on 3rd October due to family personal issues. I hope IATA will assist . TIA

    hello! i need a mail to send my complaint and pictures as proof of evidence against turkish airline. How they maltreated me, kept my luggage for four days and also destroying my suitcase. To my shock what they offered was totally a slap on my face.

    I was hoping for help and advice on two booked holiday with Royal Air Moroco on April and December which was canculed and I am still fighting for a full refund. I have been tried so badly by the company where I purchased the ticket from (African Travel). I have not yet received any money back from them. I don’t know what to do about the issue. I am a single mum with three children wanting to take a break back home (Sierra Leone). I have worked hard to meet their deadline for the holiday payment and the total cost Ā£3,3000. Every time I would contact the company am not treated with any form of dignity of respect, as it they have the holiday to me for free. I feel useless and very set up. They recently told me that I will be offered part money and part voucher, still focusing me to travel with them. I have past blowing point and I can’t understand why they are treating me this way. I am not asking for any more than I am owned. There is so much to say about this whole situation. Please I need so help and advice and support.

    I`m having a problem with Opodo which could be progressed if they`d simply send me an invoice for the holiday I booked and paid for in early December. I returned from that holiday on 16th January. I`ve asked for that invoice on say ten occasions over seven or so weeks and they either don`t send it or send me a blank irrelevant invoice and a standard apology. At one stage they mentioned technical problems.
    I`ve explained this to them and they said they would “escalate” my complaint but despite asking them for a complaint reference they just send me standard emails.
    I can`t get them to deal with this.
    Can you please put pressure on them to comply
