Because of my husband’s ill health I need to cancel our flight From Heathrow to Seoul and on to Sydney leaving London on 18 January. The website cancellation form will not accept the password I set up when booking. There is no apparent facility to change the password. I am trying to contact the London office by phone on the above number 0207 340 1630 but nobody answers the phone.
