My flight not until March 30, 2023 from ICN to NRT, Flight# TW215 departing @ 1500H. I am having problem with baggage handling. Allowing 15kg, one baggage check in and charging 12AUD per kg. After.
I have CPAP machine and all it’s attachments, back support cushion and neck brace due to injury. I’d like to find out the manner you handle the situation. I am not able to afford all excess baggage charges. Please help. Thank you.

My son’s luggage was mistaken by someone else on the same flight (TW172 Departure from Singapore at 2:30 Mar. 19) after landed and he did report to your counter in Incheon airport and returned the other person’s luggage (Mr. Wu TianYi) at the same time. Your counter staff told my boy they would send the luggage back once found it.
Till now he didn’t get any updated information regarding the luggage. And you know the temperature in Korea different from Singapore
is almost 25 celsius, he needs all the clothing and toiletries in his luggage…
I am wondering TWAY shall have the contact information for Mr. Wu TianYi who had done the booking with you. Can you notify Mr. Wu
to return back my son’s luggage and collect his own luggage from your counter ASAP?
