Kenya Airways have been suspended to the following destinations due to CoronaVirus (nCoVid 19)
Guangzhou, Geneva-Rome, Malindi, Bangkok, Djibouti, Mogadishu, Khartoum, London, Dubai, Johannesburg, Kigali, Dzaoudzi, Blantyre
Kenya Airways – Ticket changes/Refunds and Cancellations
- Ticket changes/Refunds must be completed by 31st March 2020.
- Customers can change to a flight of equal or lesser value with no change fee.
- If the new fare is of lesser value, there will be no refund or residual of the fare difference.
- If the new ticket is a higher fare, the customer will only pay the fare difference.
- A maximum of 2 changes are permitted free of charge.
Cancellations
- Refunds will only be possible via voucher. This can be utilized within 12 months fromdate of issue.
- No Cash Refunds allowed.

- New York – Operates daily in Peak effective 22June till 06 September
- Paris – additional flights in peak, 2x weekly (Tue & Thu) effective 09Jul till 27Aug
- Lagos – additional flights 3x weekly effective 02Jul till 29Aug

- Kilimanjaro – additional daily night flights in Jul-Aug peak
- Zanzibar – additional daily evening flights in Jul-Aug peak
- Dzaoudzi – operates 5x effective 29Jun-04Sep (additional flights on Sat & Sun)
