Hi,
I bought return ticket Wien-Amsterdam for 15.06. for 318 Eur. I had to cancel flight and I used possibillity 24h cancelation for money refund.
Klm sent me mail that they will not refund total ammount ,but only 56 Eur.
I requested refund inside 24h from booking. At Site I found for that case total refund.
Anubody knows do they have legal rights to take my money or they just still it ?

I would like to book a flight from Vienna to Amsterdam but before booking I want to make sure that due to restrictions I am eligible to enter Netherlands because I red at the KLM website that only Netherland citizen are allowed to travel to Amsterdam

Hello, I booked a flight yesterday via KLM App and my card was charged but no ticket was issued to me. I tried contacting KLM via WhatsApp, Facebook, called KLM India and they said I have to call KLM Canada (don’t know why) which I did but I still have no ticket even though I was promised that I’ll get the ticket within 24 hours. ISD calls are very expensive.
It is unethical that I have to go through so much trouble just to get the ticket that I have already paid for, please help.

I booked a flight from Rio de Janeiro to Munich (Code: PGW98G) on 1st September, flights KL706 and KL1797. I received the reservation confirmation and payed. Unfortunately, I payed the wrong amount (I forgot 25ā¬ TAX) so I called sour service hotline and they told me to just Pay the remaining amount and Iām fine. I did, but I didnāt receive a confirmation or anything, and when I go to your website to look up the schedule it says my booking is cancelled now.
I want to know if Iām still on the flight or if my booking was cancelled. If yes, please transfer the money back to my account and I will book another flight. THANK YOU !
