    J’ai réservé ce matin un vol du 1 mars au 4 mars avec aer linges BRUXELLES- dublin-bruxelles pour ma cousines. Malheureusement dans le mail de confirmation le retour est prévu pour le 06 mars même heure. Je voulais changer le jour de retour.

    Hello,
    My booking reference is 2DHEAJ. We have been informed that both our outward and return flights have been changed, which is having a detrimental affect on out trip. Our original journey was a short 5-day visit to Ireland for a long-planned family wedding, already postponed twice over the last 18 months, due to COVID. Our revised schedule knocks off almost two full days for our time in Ireland. Moreover, we were due to land in Dublin on Friday 29 October, pick up a hired car at 11am, collect my elderly mother in Marino and drive dow tp West Cork for an evening dinner and the wedding on Saturday. Our changed inward flight makes this impossible and will ruin our weekend. My mother, particularly, has been looking forward to this event, for such a long time and is devastated by the inconvenient and disruptive changes. We are willing to be flexible and accept the changed return flight on Tuesday 2 November, g that day from our itinerary, but it is vital an d essential that our original inward flight is restored. Alternatively, our plans could be saved if we could be brought forward one day to the 16.50 afternoon flight on Thursday 28 October….this would save the day. Please help us out, as we are desperate. Let’ hope that your slogan “We deliver your promises” can be realised, thank you!
