On May 4 2018, we flew from Dublin Ireland to Toronto, Ontario Canada. There was bad weather in Toronto, so we were flown to Ottawa Ontario Canada. The next morning we were bused to Toronto airport. There we found out that Aer Lingus had cancelled our ticket for the West Jet flight to Winnipeg Manitoba Canada. As there were no flights available back to Winnipeg until the next day, we were delayed yet another night because Aer Lingus had not booked a flight for us, just simply cancelled our flight with no rebooking I have submitted my receipts to the airport but I have had to pay 2 days extra for my vehicle storage plus lost 2 days of work. I don’t understand why you would not have flown me out of Ottawa rather than have a 4 hour bus ride to Toronto airport and have my ticket cancelled anyway and have to wait till the following day for my flight.

Hi our Aer Lingus flight to Dublin to Ireland was cancelled on the 10th July. We only received the cancellation message on our email 48hours prior to our flight with no explanation or any other alternative options. How can we ask for the full refund based on this case.
