Aeromar Airlines – CoronaVirus (nCoVid 19) Travel updates 2


Due to the novel CoronaVirus (nCoVid 19), many countries restricted the travel. Update your contact details via Manage booking to receive the latest updates or notifications regarding coronavirus or any updates in Aeromar airline. Customers can also check the website for the latest flight updates, rebooking and refund options.

Fee Change Waiver policy

  • All our flights scheduled between March 13 and 31, 2020, Aeromar will not charge the change fee.
  • Features, applies up to 24 hours before flight departure.
  • The exemption applies to flight change, day change or route change.
  • Extra costs apply if there is a difference in the rate between the original ticket and the new ticket.
  • The deadline for your new trip must be until December 31, 2020 or until the original validity of the ticket, whichever comes first.
  • The benefit of penalty exemption is up to the first 3 changes of the reservation, the subsequent ones will have a penalty according to the rate rule.

Refund of Tickets

  • In case you decide not to make the trip, you can refund your ticket as long as you register your request within 24 hours from the time of purchase of the ticket. After this period, the airline will determine the cancellation conditions.
  • You can request a refund, as long as the rate allows it. According to the acquired rate, reimbursement charges apply.
  • If the legend “NONREF” appears in the “Endorsements” section on your electronic ticket, it means that it is not refundable. Some promotional rates have a restriction of not being refundable.
  • In case of flight cancellation for any cause attributable to the airline, you can request your refund without penalty.
  • Refunds for tickets issued by another airline with Aeromar flights must be requested through the issuing airline.
  • Refunds of tickets issued by travel agencies must be requested through the issuing agency.
  • Refunds are credited to the original form of payment.
  • Tickets are valid one year from the ticket issue date.
  • You can enter your refund request in the Form, which will be evaluated by the Aeromar Refunds area.
