Sujet : Demande un VOUCHER !!
Messieurs Dames de la AirArabia,
Je voudrais bien vous prier de bien vouloir m’accorder un billet VOUCHER / Open Ticket, pour mon normal billet que j’en ai pour 1 septembre, d’Amsterdam -Tanger, Reservation : 59232569. Ci-joint le billet en PDF.
Ma forte raison, pour ce Voucher, c’est que:
1) Les Conditions de voyage au Maroc ne sont plus anormales ni les mêmes de votre compagnie lors de réservation. Vu les Conditions gouvernementales du Maroc, pour un Test-Corona – RCP à raison de 150 €uro etc…
2) En raison de ce changement de conditions et les circonstances du pays, ne suis pas du tout obligé de voyager et de rendre compte à votre billet du 1er septembre.
Cest pour cela, je vous demande d’abord de changer mon billet pour un Voucher cq Open Ticket, au lieu de me rendre l’argent.
Toutes les compagnies aériennes du monde, le fait de cette manière, pour leurs clients.
Personnellement, j’avais un voyage d’une semaine à Istanbul, la compagnie Turkish Airlines m’a délivré un Voucher pour un an.
En attendant, merci infiniment pour votre collaboration.

Worst company do not book here!! I cannot reach them and I want to cancel my flight
Hi they keep telling my father that the ticket has been refunded,
I have never before seen a company that would allow for moroccan street talk and lies to be told to their customers by customer service.
My father is an old man an he called the 3 times, all three times telling him they would refund and the money would be received by us in 7 days. i don’t know what kind of … i dont know what to say. it is unimaginable that someone would lie on behalf of a company.
