Hi, I have tried to reach call center so many times but failed. This type of services are pathetic. If you are not there when some one looking for help or need you guys urgently then no point of opening call centers. We are trying from past 4 hours to speak to someone and still trying but no response. Absolutely third class service.
Same experience in 2020. M trying to reach out to them since yesterday but couldn’t access. Every time phone them and on hold for a very long time and then drops. Just a waste of time and money

We’d a worst travel experience with Air Arabia
After all the check-in procedure right before the departure, one of the Air Arabia staff was torturing all the passengers regarding luggage
We all been checked twice before that again he came with a handy weighing machine … Really Air Arabia Disappointed us….

AirArabia support mail dt.28/3/21 reg refund of air tkt booked for 12/3 flt to Nagpur which was cancelled by the airlines is still not paid despite several exchange of mails. Secondly, I am on a 3 months visit visa which is valid upto 25/4. If I want to extend visa for 1 or 3 months, what will b the charges and the procedure for renewal, pl let me know urgently. Absolutely no response.
