My daughter arrived this morning on AC870 flight from Montreal to Paris (CDG). The flight was delayed and therefore she missed the connection to Vienna OS412 and another connection from Vienna to Kosice. The whole air ticket was purchased from your company. She travels alone with her small 2-year-old daughter. Your representative offered her the only option to stay in Paris for 2 days and then travel from Paris to Munich, from Munich to Vienna and from Vienna to Kosice. This solution is unacceptable. I am asking you to solve the situation immediately and find a place for her and her child to one of these destinations – Vienna, Prague, Krakow, Budapest. You have to find a place for her today, even in business class. I’ll pick her up there by car today. She is now at Terminal 2B CDG, her tel. is + 1-613-261-2631.
