        Hello.. my husband and I had a problem this morning. Had booked a UA flight to Newark with Travelgenio and they were sending us to Montreal via Air Canada and then on to Newark via UA. We had got our ESTA for the US. Arrived at Dublin this morning to check in only to find out we needed an ETA visa for Canada. Nowhere in the documents we had received did it stipulate that. By the time we applied online and waited for the visa to come through, we had missed our flight.

        I would like to thank David at the Air Canada check in desk in Dublin for his most amazing help.. there was also Alexandra who was terrific. I have to say though, David went beyond the call to help us out and even when he realised that technically, as UA customers, he couldn’t change the flight for us, he advised us impeccably and got us the contact nos we needed.

        I would just like to leave a message for David to tell him that UA were really wonderful and they did absolutely everything to get us out on a flight today… we are booked on a flight tomorrow morning so Billy Joel… here we come šŸ™‚

        Thank you so much for keeping us calm and for being so great to us.

    Your lost baggage service is very poor ! My son Cormac Bourke travelled with Air Canada on
    Friday 13th last from Dublin to Toronto and onto Cincinnati and you lost his suitcase and he has still not received it ! Despite filing full lost baggage report nothing from you since Very Very poor !

    travelling from Dublin to Vancouver on july 1st,I use a CPAP breathing machine for sleep.I have made numerous attempts to contact Air Canada by phone but i cannot contact anyone also rang Air Canada Londons office.My daughter was in contact with some Air Canada rep through facebook and they suggest we contact Air Canada medical.I believe i have to inform Air Canada that i am taking this CPAP machine with me prior to the departure date can you please advise me what i must do .I have been trying to contact Air Canada for the last number of days ,but i am getting no where quickly.

    Hi I booked a flight through My Trip and discovered my original booking had been changed I had booked a return flight from Edmonton to Toronto a13.10 but it has been changed to 14.05 and my flight to Dublin is 20.50 when I tried to change it my trip said it wasnā€™t aircanada policy to change flights I am afraid I will miss the connecting flight to dublin my flight number is M24GKZ booking referenceLE4FPL also when I was trying to get help I went just answer and was asked for payment I thought it was a one off payment but they kept taking money out of my acc and my bank blocked my card thanking you mary
