  A very long delay for a flight from Toronto to Montreal on the 11th of August 2017
  Subject: Long Delay
  Message: I was scheduled to fly at 12:00 but they told us at the last minute that the flight was canceled. I was put on standby for the flight at 13:00 with no success, then at 15:00 with no success, then at 16:00 which was delayed to 17:30 also on standby. I was told to return the next day at 16:00. Only after “begging”, they let me get on that flight. I do not know whether your policy in case of a cancellation of a flight is to keep the customer on standby in this manner. In my opinion this is very unfair. Another issue that bothered me is the fact that not one of your employees seemed to care & I was not presented with any complimentary voucher for lunch or not even coffee!
  I was expecting better customer service from a respectable company like you. I eventually missed a very important meeting that was scheduled at 16:00 in Montreal
  I think that you owe me some compensation for all this inconvenience.
