this is the worst customer service i have ever experienced.
I flew CA819 from Beijing to Newark on 8/26/2018, and lost one luggage. The staff at Newark Airport took my information and said he would call me within an hour, but never called me. It has been almost 2 days since i lost luggage and i never heard a word from Air China, and there is no number to call to follow up.
Please give me a call at 732-668-8228 and provide me an update on the status of my luggage at your earliest convenience.

We also have trouble in locating our luggage. My mom originally are planned to fly CA819 but can’t catch it because previous flight delayed. I tried to call Newark Airport over 10 times but it always goes to the mailbox. It has been almost days since we lost luggage and we never heard anything from Air China. We always have to call to track the whole process. Please contact us as soon as possible.
