I tried to call to sales office several times between 15:15-15:20 local time in Bangui, Central African Republic.
They supposed to be their because office hour there is 7:30-15:30 according to the website.
When I called, someone with man voice picked up the phone and said “hello”.
But seemed like he didn’t hear us well. So we tried to communicate well. But it continued to stay same.
The guy continued to say “hello, hello hello. Do you hear me? How are you? Let me check the phone” in French.
After calling few times, I figured out that it was the recorded voice repeating same thing.
I don’t understand what kind of customer service was that……
Anyway I have no choice, so I have to take Air France.
But if there are many choices…. then.
Please check the sales office there and correct it.
