S’il vous plaît, je ne sais pourquoi vous avez fermé votre agence de voyage au centre Ville, au Caire, à la rue kasr El Nil, c’était plus facile pour vous rejoindre, c’est une demande générale pour tous les habitants du Caire et surtout centre ville et les quartiers qui les entoure, ça ne suffit pas deux bureaux, un au Cairo festival et il est situé au Banlieue et l’autre agence à l’aéroport qui n’est pas proche de tout le monde!
Noté bien que tous autres agences de voyages ont nécessairement une branche au centre ville sauf air France! Désolée!
Air France sales, live people, in Cairo, Egypt, impossible to contact these days. I made a mistaken reservation for Paris-NYC (via Atlanta) for July 4. Six minutes after booking (and giving credit card details), I found that the flight did not match with a flight now scheduled for Saturdays, AF Cairo to Paris. So the ticket is useless. I filled in the request for refund form, but have not heard anything. No way on the request form to note that I requested it 6 minutes after making it.
Would like to fly business class on 25th May from Cairo to New York. Can I transit overnight in a Paris airport hotel? Or is a connecting flight? I have had the Johnson & Johnson vacination, and I will be tested before departure. Thanks.
