    Recebi um voucher para ressarcimento por causa de uma conexão perdida na França, por causa do atraso do voo anterior.
    Mas estou com dificuldade para receber o reembolso. Estou em Dublin, já procurei o aeroporto, mas ninguém sabe informar. Alguns representantes solicita pedir o reembolso no site. Mas não encontrei o local.

    Gostaria de mais informações. Os bilhetes estavam no nome de Jessica Santos da Fontoura Rosa e Paulo Ricardo Vasconcelos

    We lost three bags with Air France file # CDGAF89405 bags # AF575628, AF575576, AF575537. Bag number AF555628 Arrived in Sydney Saturday, Sept 28th, and the rest have not been found. Bag number, relabeled by Air France, 575576 was delivered to us in Paris, and returned as it was not ours, and again in Sydney, and both times we have reported it was not our bag. We gave the bag back to Qantas in Sydney. We are still looking for the other two bags. We received text messages from Air France that bag 575576 was sent to CDG on 15th Sept. Bag 5575537 was also texted saying it went CDG 18th SEpt. Our bags are labeled inside and out, we have name tags on the outside, one that is wired and can not come off. We know they were in Dublin when we checked them in. This email is dated today Sunday 29th Sept, 2019 we can not finish filling in the claim form past page 6. No one has can help us when we call Air France.

      I arrived on 18 /7/2022 despite your confirmation which you have sent me stating my case is in dublin and delivery will be arranged,however as of today I have not received it 29/7/2022.i have no change of clothes or anything and medicine and vital paperwork are not in my possession, I have had cancel many meetings that have been 2 years in planning .as a result my whole trip is scuppered .I have tried daily to contact you to no avail. P

    Hi I cannot get through to you by phone – I keep getting the message that the number is not valid. I have booked a flight from Paris to Dublin 17/03/2020 – according to your website I can change this booking – however I am waiting to hear when the France Ireland match is to be rescheduled before I can book the flight. Is it possible to get a non refundable voucher instead? My booking number is JZ7NN4 booked in the name of Williams

    I have been trying to get through to your booking office to change a ticket. I was on 53 minutes waiting before I cut off. I have made numerous other attempts to no avail. I have tried to change reservations online, this does not work either. I have tried customer care numbers, these are not recognised.

    Please let me know how I can contact Air France to change my reservation in a timely manner.

    I tried to modify my travel date online today through “My Bookings” however as it gets the payment details card, it kept on buffering without completing the payment process. I tried to get through to your booking office and I rang number numerous times and was on about 20 minutes waiting before I was cut off.

    I also made numerous other attempts to no avail.

    Please let me know how I can contact Air France to modify my reservation in a timely manner.

    I have sent numerous emails rang & sent letter to office in Middlesex ! I have heard nothing? I booked and paid for flights but realised transit time was too short with elderly people and children. Cancelled within few hours and rebooked with you but have heard nothing about a refund? Not even a confirmation email! I am at my wits end as I am a lot of money out of pocket, I booked for 8 people! Could someone please tell me when I’ll get my refund? I am sick trying to contact you to no avail ! Very poor customer service & relations
