I got a ticket last year from Istanbul to Toronto via Paris through air france and due to covid -19 outbreak flight was cancelled,
I got a voucher through your office which was valid for one year from the issue date which was June 1st 2021.
Now I want to exchange the ticket with a new one .please let me know what to do ,because your office in Iran telling me that they are not responsible and I need to do it through your office which I got the voucher.

Hallo,ich möchte eine Erstattung wegen eines über 8 Stunden verspäteten Flugs gemäß der EU-Richtlinie beantragen,kann aber keinen Ansprechpartner erreichen.Das System ist wohl absichtlich so eingerichtet,daß es nicht funktioniert.Meine Buchungsnummer war VNLDP8.Ich erwarte eine umgehende Benachrichtigung über die weitere Vorgangsweise.Die hotline 069 29993 772 meldet sich nicht,wenn über die Sterntaste gehe,wird mir gesagt daß soeben eine Nachricht auf mein Mobiltelefon gesendet wurde,die aber niemals ankommt.Das Ganze ist eine Unverschämtheit seitens Air France;schließlich habe ich über 5100.-Euro für unseren Flug bezahlt.
