I have been trying both the numbers. While one keeps ringing and no one answers the other one cannot be foung

I have been trying the nos. 011-25654132 and 011-25654287 for quite some time. I am not getting through. Can somebody ring back. I want some information on carrying my pet dog with me when I travel from Delhi to Goa.
