I have a question regarding to my flights.

Name: Dijana Pavloska
Planning to stay 2 days in Belgrade and from there to catch the second flight Belgrade- Frankfurt on August 28 Air Serbia 334. Then, Frankfurt- NYC (final destination).
Would like to ask if it is possible to skip one flight from Skopje to Belgrade and to check-in my luggage from Belgrade instead of Skopje ? I’m traveling with Air Serbia airline again.

Awful customer experience! Nobody ever picks up the phone, and I am calling for DAYS! Not only in Skopje, but in Belgrade office as well! I sent them an e-mail with a query, nobody bothered to respond! It’s just so very unprofessional and careless!
Very DISAPPOINTED of your unprofessionalism. You have put your contact information (phone numbers), and we are trying to reach you for 2 days, and no one is answering and giving me the information which I need. Is there a phone where we can reach you? How do I come to answer from you? I have both a ticket from you I need to cancel the trip and we can’t reach you… Very disappointed, I hope you will find the dignity to answer and reach out to me.

Imam problem da kupim kartu online na vas sajt.
Naime, kad unesem sve podatke u vezi mene ( broj kartica i slichno) vasa strana mi daje ovo:

Nakon potvrde rezervacije, uvek možete da se vratite i upravljate rezervacijom
i to vec dva puta.
Nemam nikakav odgovor za izvrseno placanje, al bojim se da nesto nije u redu!!
Zvao sam 10-tak puta na sve telefonske brojeve koje su moguce na inernetu a povezane za prestavnistvo Air Serbia u Skopje, i takodje na aerodromu sam se javljao. Niko mi nije odgovorio.
Nadam se da cete me razumeti i izaci u susret kako da resimo ovaj problem u vezi kupovine karte na destinacije Sk-bg-Lj i povratna za termin 12 Mart -22 Mart 2023.
