    Dear Sir/Madam,

My name is Panagiotis Theofanous (flight code CUROZC) and yesterday I have paid 45 euro for a luggage for my return journey.

I look forward to receiving the confirmation email as I haven’t got any yet.

    Many thanks,

    Panagiotis Theofanous

We flew this airline on November 29 flight Istanbul-Belgrade, flight Ju803. Upon arrival in Belgrade, it turned out that one luggage was lost. It’s been 11 days, we call the baggage claim every day and get one answer: “we make a request about your luggage to Istanbul airport and do not receive a response from them.” This is an extremely strange and outrageous situation that the airline seems to have absolutely no interest to solve.
