We flew this airline on November 29 flight Istanbul-Belgrade, flight Ju803. Upon arrival in Belgrade, it turned out that one luggage was lost. It’s been 11 days, we call the baggage claim every day and get one answer: “we make a request about your luggage to Istanbul airport and do not receive a response from them.” This is an extremely strange and outrageous situation that the airline seems to have absolutely no interest to solve.
I have a flight from Moscow to Rome by Belgrade this end of the week and I would like to add a luggage; i want to buy this extra in russia with my russian card. How can i do it please?
