    My client took her flight from Bamako to Accra and has her luggage mistakenly sent to Banjul on Thursday 5th August.

    We reported the problem to the authority in charge at Kotoka Int. Airport Termilal3 and we have since been urgently following but no positive feedback till now.     I flew on Tuesday 7 September from Accra, LomƩ, Douala, Bangui and arrived in Bangui on 8 September. I paid an excess of $500 for 4 luggage and up to now have received only 3, the 4th one which is a black suitcase has still not arrived in Bangui, I have been to the airport several times in vain. I do not know where the suitcase is and the office in Bangui cannot give me any plausible answer. I have my working clothes in that suitcase. The tag on the suitcase is SMFCLC 30D/4659E 1 and 3032209848.
    Grateful if someone could respond and tell me where this suitcase is and when I will be receiving it in Bangui. Thanks

    Hi!
    my name is Kenneth Kojo Singah, Ethiopian airline / asky airline picked my bags (4) from JFK airport via Togo to Accra on the 12th of February 2022. They couldn’t check me in because of my dogs so the supervise in JFK Airport asked me to take the dogs home and check-in the next day in Newark airport to which I complied. I got to Accra on the 14th of February and my bags were not in so I filed a report at Aviance. Three days later I was called that three of the bags have come remaining one and since then that bag is nowhere to be found. taht bag contains vitamins and accessories for my dogs including my personal belongings. I will be glad if i can get a response from here.

    Online check in was not great, I selected seat 14j and the ticket emailed was 20a.

    Today’s flight Accra to Fna on KP 22

    So at the counter I mentioned this and the check in staff said she can give me emergency aisle seat. I thanked her and she issued a boarding pass for 21j which according to the seat plan is far from emergency exit.

    This is disturbing. I have chosen Asky over KQ because of reliable flight times but as a frequent flyer this makes me want to reconsider
