My hand baggage got missing at Cote d’viore on the 16th of this month, I thought I lost it but it was someone that took it and check in with it , I called on the 18th after I got to Nigeria and I was told they found it and it will be sent back to me in Lagos , but ever since then it has been from story to another, they refuse to send my luggage to me , I have things that are very important to me in that luggage and the bag in not locked. If anything go missing in my bag I will sue you
Hello. I lost my fly according to the return date of my ticket. Is Asky allowed to check the visa of is clients? I try to explain to the Asky heard controler that it is possible for me to get new visa when i am in guinea. The situation was that my visa expire at september and my return date is 21 october
You people are thieves. You misplaced my luggage

I have tried all possible means to get it back but am yet to receive it. Please I want my luggage back I have important things in it.
