Hello, my daughter Atalia Cohen flew with your airline to Nicaragua a week ago (July 21st). On the way to the flight, she was told by a company representative that she had to buy an exit ticket otherwise, she will not be on the flight, this instruction turned out to be incorrect.In order to return her $ 100 the cost of the unnecessary ticket she try to talk with your company services on the phone several time and than she has been told that here flight is tomorrow . Today the company representative told her that she should send an e-mail IN ORDER TO GET HELP so maybe that was the bad English, but it’s an unpleasant situation that can be solved by a refund of 100$

Hi,
I had a Lufthansa flight ticket for July 15th from MDE to TLV Airline reference T3CQFJ .
The departure Avianca flight from MDE to Bogota was delayed , that I could missed the connection flight from Bogota to Frankfurt .
Avianca MDE local office manager , change my flights to July 16th AV 370, 626 , AC 84 .My arrival time delayed by 12 hours.
Avianca MDE local office manager had promised me compensation of 6,000 M&M points .
I didn’t get it .

Hello,
I had made a booking for flights at Avianca website. I tried to pay with my credit card but the transaction failed.
Nevertheless I got an PNR 25REEQ but I cannot see it on the website.
My friend, Eitan Kassif, did the same and also his transaction failed. His PNR is 25TLAV.
What can we do?
