Necesito saber como obtener un reembolso de una maleta que por no aparecer el pago en su sistema tuve que volver a pagar en el aeropuerto. La persona que nos atendio me dio este numero 1-800-284-2622 al cual llame. Me pusieron en espera por una hora y 13 minutos y luego me colgaron sin solucionar el problema. Al quedar 20 minutos para que cerraran el checkin no hubo otra altenativa que pagar de nuevo por la maleta, esta vez $80.00. La misma persona me proporciono esta direccion de correo electronico [email protected] desafortunadamente no alli tampoco pude solucionar el problema.
